Модель разработана в рамках концепции устойчивого развития и базируется на принципах использования вещества и энергии живыми организмами и циркулярности веществ в биосфере. Обсуждается проблема оценки устойчивости развития систем и их интегральных показателей. Наиболее популярные и даже всемирно признанные методики имеют основной недостаток – некорректное использование финансовых индикаторов в оценке устойчивости. По этой причине было предложено перейти на универсальные единицы измерения количественных характеристик оценки устойчивости развития как биосферы в целом, так и социо-эколого-экономических систем или отдельно взятых социальных, экономических или экологических систем.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the model for social-ecology-economic acceptable and sustainable development based on the mutual subordination of subsystems. The model was created within the concept of sustainable development and is based on the principle of use of matter and energy by living organisms and the principle of circularity of matters in the biosphere. The authors study the problem of the sustainable development evaluation of the systems and their integral indicators. The most popular and even globally recognized methods have one major flaw that is applying financial indicators in sustainability evaluation.
