В статье представлено исследование влияния предпринимательской экосистемы на экономический рост российских регионов на основе анализа данных по 83 субъектам РФ за период 2010–2019 гг. Методологический подход основан на модели роста валового регионального продукта (ВРП) Мэнкью–Ромера–Вейла, а также эконометрическом анализе с использованием регрессионных моделей. Результаты исследования показывают, что объем инвестиций в человеческий капитал и уровень охвата населения образовательными программами оказывают положительное влияние на региональный экономический рост, в то время как уровень предпринимательской активности не демонстрирует статистически значимого влияния. Это свидетельствует о необходимости дальнейшего изучения факторов, определяющих эффективность предпринимательских экосистем в различных регионах. Статья подчеркивает важность совершенствования образовательной политики и инструментов государственной поддержки предпринимательства для достижения устойчивого экономического роста. Предложенные выводы могут быть полезны для разработки стратегий регионального развития, направленных на усиление предпринимательской активности, и совершенствования государственной экономической политики.

The article presents a study on the impact of the entrepreneurial ecosystem on the economic growth of Russian regions, based on an analysis of data from 83 subjects of the Russian Federation over the period 2010–2019. The methodological approach is based on the Mankiw–Romer–Weil regional gross product growth model, as well as on econometric analysis using regression models. The research results indicate that the volume of investments in human capital and the level of population coverage by educational programs have a positive effect on regional economic growth, while the level of entrepreneurial activity does not show a statistically significant impact. This suggests the need for further research into the factors determining the efficiency of entrepreneurial ecosystems in various regions. The article emphasizes the importance of improving educational policy and the instruments of state support for entrepreneurship in order to achieve sustainable economic growth. The proposed findings could be useful for developing regional development strategies aimed at boosting entrepreneurial activity and refining state economic policy.
