Введение цифровых технологий изменяет традиционные принципы создания и потребления ценности, способствуя переходу к многоуровневой модульной архитектуре бизнес-экосистем. Основной целью исследования является разработка мультикритериального интегрального подхода к оценке эффективности цифровых бизнес-экосистем, учитывающего базовые ключевые аспекты потенциала цифровизации. Представлена методика расчета индекса интегральной эффективности (Index Integral Efficiency, IIE), который позволяет количественно измерить и сравнить влияние цифровизации на бизнес-экосистему в разрезе экономических, операционных, технических, социальных и рыночных эффектов, что определяет необходимость и достаточность такой оценки. В основу методики положены показатели, характеризующие ключевые аспекты экосистемного взаимодействия, включая рентабельность инвестиций уровень автоматизации, вовлеченность участников, конкурентные преимущества, рыночную долю и др. Применение аналитического иерархического процесса позволило объективно определить весовые коэффициенты каждого критерия, минимизируя субъективный фактор в оценке. Методологическая база исследования включает библиографический обзор, системный анализ и многокритериальное моделирование. В работе проведен сравнительный анализ существующих подходов к оценке эффективности цифровых бизнес-экосистем, выявлены их ограничения и предложена обобщенная методика, обеспечивающая комплексную оценку интегральных эффектов цифровизации. Результаты исследования позволяют предположить что предложенный индекс IIE обладает высокой прогностической ценностью для оценки динамики цифровизации предприятий и их конкурентные позиции в цифровых бизнес-экосистемах. Научная новизна полученного результата заключается в разработке индекса интегральной эффективности цифровой платформенной бизнес-экосистемы, развивающей методы оценки целесообразности формирования цифровых бизнес-экосистем.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article considers a method for assessing the potential of a digital platform ecosystem of an industrial enterprise, which is a relevant area in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. The introduction of digital technologies changes the traditional principles of creating and consuming value, facilitating the transition to a multi-level modular architecture of business ecosystems. The main objective of the study is to develop a multi-criteria integration approach to assessing the effectiveness of digital business ecosystems, taking into account the basic key aspects of the digitalization potential. The article presents a methodology for calculating the Index of Integral Efficiency (IIE), which allows for quantitative measurement and comparison of the impact of digitalization on the business ecosystem, in terms of economic, operational, technical, social and market effects, which determines the necessity and sufficiency of such an assessment. The methodology is based on indicators characterizing key aspects of ecosystem interaction, including return on investment level of automation, participant involvement, competitive advantages, market share and others. The use of the analytical hierarchical process made it possible to objectively determine the weighting coefficients of each criterion, minimizing the subjective factor in the assessment. The methodological basis of the study includes system analysis, multi-criteria modeling and a bibliographic review. The paper presents a comparative analysis of existing approaches to the effectiveness of digital business ecosystems, identifies their limitations, and proposes a generalized methodology that provides a comprehensive assessment of the integration effects of digitalization. The results of the study suggest that the proposed IIE index has high predictive value, allowing one to assess the dynamics of digitalization of enterprises and their competitive positions in digital business ecosystems.
