Данная статья посвящена особенностям развития сферы услуг в России и проблемам интеграции страны в мировой рынок услуг. Автор оценивает позиции России с точки зрения экспорта и импорта услуг, рассматривает основные тенденции развития национальной сферы услуг, анализирует необходимость совершенствования законодательства в процессе присоединения России к Генеральному соглашению по торговле услугами (ГАТС). Особое внимание уделено современному состоянию и перспективам развития отдельных секторов российской сферы услуг, в частности, финансового и транспортного сектора, а также услуг в области космических запусков.
The paper is considering the features of the services market in Russia and the aspects of the country’s integration into the global market of services. The author estimates Russia’s position from the point of the exports and imports of services, reveals the major trends in the national services market, points out the need to improve legislation in the process of the country’s accession to the General Agreement on Trade in Services ( GATS ). Special attention is paid to the current state and development prospects of various services sectors in Russia, in particular, financing and transportation services, as well as those in the space launches.
