В статье рассматриваются основные методические подходы к определению приоритетных инновационно-инвестиционных проектов для принятия управленческих решений инновационно-инвестиционной политики организации. Наиболее эффективными инвестиционными проектами определяются те, которые создают наибольший прирост стоимости компании при минимальной стоимости привлеченного на реализацию проекта капитала. Также бизнес-процесс приоретизации проектов позволяет решить следующие задачи: рост прибыли, минимизация издержек, повышение доли инновационных продуктов, минимизация инвестиционных рисков и достаточная ликвидность портфеля.
The paper considers the main methodological approaches to identify priorities of the innovation—and—investment projects to make managerial decisions concerning the innovation—and—investment policy of an enterprise. The most efficient investment projects are thought those that are leading to the higher rise in the value of a company with the lower capital attracted to implement the project. The business process of prioritizing projects makes also possible to solve the following problems: increase in profits, minimal expenses, higher share of innovative products, lowered risks of investment, and sufficient liquidity of portfolio.
