В связи с активным процессом развития автопромышленного кластера в Санкт-Петербурге и Ленинградской области проблема создания его эффективной инфраструктуры приобрела большую актуальность. Актуальными задачами становятся не только запуск новых проектов иностранных поставщиков и развитие собственных локальных производственных площадок, но и развитие инфраструктуры, в том числе для испытательного сопровождения продукции.

Целью исследования, результаты которого представлены в статье, являлся анализ текущих и прогнозных потребностей автопромышленных компаний Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области в испытательном сопровождении автокомпонентов.

Методами исследования являлись: сбор, систематизация и анализ отраслевой информации, а также очное анкетирование представителей автопромышленных компаний.

Результаты анкетирования можно разбить на следующие группы. Первая группа результатов определяет потребность автопромышленных компаний в группах испытаний и необходимом оборудовании, а также критерии выбора испытательных лабораторий. Вторая группа результатов позволила оценить темпы роста собственных затрат и спроса на испытательное сопровождение автокомпонентов. Третья группа позволила оценить потребность в едином испытательном центре для автопромышленных компаний. Систематизированы ключевые факторы, определяющие развитие рынка услуг по испытательному сопровождению автокомпонентов. На основе первичных данных о затратах автопромышленных компаний на испытательное сопровождение автокомпонентов оценен вероятный интервал объема национального рынка услуг на испытательное сопровождение автокомпонентов. Сформулированы рекомендации в части анализа возможностей создания единого испытательного центра для автопромышленных компаний.

Полученные результаты позволяют сделать вывод о том, что текущий уровень развития российского рынка испытательного сопровождения автокомпонентов следует определить, как начальный. Основная причина проведения испытаний за рубежом – отсутствие необходимой инфраструктуры для испытательного сопровождения автокомпонентов. Создание единого испытательного центра для автопромышленных компаний можно рассматривать как один из этапов на пути к формированию данной инфраструктуры. Полученные выводы могут быть использованы органами государственной и муниципальной власти в аналитических целях.

Due to the active process of development of the automotive industry cluster in Sankt Petersburg and Leningrad region the problem of creating the efficient infrastructure has become especially important. It becomes important not only to launch new projects of foreign suppliers and own production, but to develop infrastructure for testing procedures. The study presents the analysis of current and future demands in the test support for automotive components in St.Petersburg and Leningrad region. The study applied following methods: collecting, organizing, analyzing sectorial information, interrogating representatives of the industry. The results were classified in following groups. The first group of results determines the need for automotive companies in the test service and the necessary equipment, as well as criteria for the selection of test laboratories. The second group of results allowed to estimate the growth rate of the costs and demand for automotive components testing support. The third group allowed to determine the need for a united test center for automotive companies. The key factors, determining the specific market, have been revealed. Basing on primary data the research makes recommendations regarding the volume of the market requiring the testing of auto components and the creation of an unified testing center. The results revealed the fact that the current level of development of Russian market for automotive components test support should be defined as the initial. The main reason for carrying out the tests overseas is the lack of the necessary infrastructure to support testing of automotive components. Creating a united test center for automotive companies can be regarded as one of the steps towards the establishment of this infrastructure. State and municipal authorities can use established facts for analytical purposes.
