В статье определены критерии и принципы устойчивого развития титановой отрасли, показано, что критерии устойчивого развития страны и отрасли едины. Это:
– достойный уровень жизни людей и обеспечение социальной защищенности;
– снижение экологической напряженности;
– экономическая эффективность, которая реализуется в отрасли на основе принципов рационального природопользования и развития хозяйственных связей.
Рассмотрены и структурированы факторы и направления, позволяющие определить пути и осуществить устойчивое развитие титановой отрасли на основе создания и функционирования территориально-производственногокластера «Титановая долина» в особой экономической зоне (ОЭЗ).
The article defines the criteria and principles of sustainable development titanium industry, we show that the criteria of sustainable development of the country and the industry are one. They are:
– a decent standard of living and ensuring social security;
– reduction of environmental stress;
– economic efficiency, which is implemented in the industry based on the principles of environmental management and the development of economic ties.
Considered and structured factors and trends that identify ways to implement the sustainable development of titanium industry through the establishment and operation of Regional Industrial Cluster "Titanium valley" special economic zone(SEZ).
