В статье рассматриваются вопросы формирования информационных систем управления интеллектуальной собственностью в наукоемких организациях. Целью исследования является теоретическое обоснование разработки и внедрения автоматизированных информационных систем управления интеллектуальной собственностью в высокотехнологичных организациях и корпорациях, являющихся неотъемлемой частью комплексных автоматизированных информационных систем управления организацией или корпорацией, в качестве приложения системы ERP II. В рамках исследования были определены сущность и содержание информационных систем в экономике, исследована роль интеллектуальной собственности в развитии инновационной экономики России, предложена классификация технических решений в области информационных систем управления интеллектуальной собственностью, проанализирован опыт управления интеллектуальной собственностью в ведущих российский и зарубежных организациях и корпорациях и представлен обзор существующих автоматизированных информационных систем управления интеллектуальной собственностью. В заключении сделан вывод о необходимости практической апробации разработки и внедрения автоматизированных информационных систем управления интеллектуальной собственностью в высокотехнологичных организациях и корпорациях в качестве приложения системы ERP II.

The article deals with the formation of information systems, management of intellectual property in knowledge-intensive organizations. The aim of the research is theoretical justification for the development and implementation of automated information systems, management of intellectual property in high-tech companies and corporations which constitute a part of an integrated automated information systems management organization or corporation, as the application of ERP II. The survey identifies the nature and content of information systems in the economy, investigates the role of intellectual property in the development of innovative economy in Russia, proposes the classification of technical solutions in the field of information systems managing the intellectual property, analyzes the experience of intellectual property management in leading Russian and foreign organizations and corporations, and represents the review of the existing automated information systems for intellectual property management. It is concluded that it is necessary to practically test the development and implementation of automated information systems, management of intellectual property in high-tech companies and corporations as the application of ERP II.
