В статье разрабатывается алгоритм и критерии оценки эффективности внешнеторговых операций промышленного предприятия в зависимости от географии деятельности экспортера: работа со странами, входящими в ЕАЭС, либо третьими странами. Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью оценки потенциальных возможностей российских предприятий в конкурентной борьбе на внешнем рынке, что реализуется в необходимости разработки алгоритма анализа внешнеторговой деятельности предприятия и методики его проведения. Реализация данной цели позволит стимулировать экономическую эффективность промышленных предприятий РФ через развитие импортно-экспортных операций между странами-участницами ЕАЭС в условиях экономических санкций. Научная новизна данного исследования заключается в разработке алгоритма анализа внешнеторговой деятельности промышленных предприятий с учетом потенциала географических преференций, доступных при торговле со странами интеграционного объединения ЕАЭС. В том числе, выделены критерии оценки и степень влияния факторов на эффективность внешнеторговых операций со странами ЕАЭС и третьими странами. Значение разработанного в рамках статьи алгоритма оценки эффективности для принятия управленческих решений заключается в возможности определять варианты сотрудничества с зарубежными контрагентами в зависимости от товарных групп, региональных признаков, наличия льгот и преференций, условий поставок, а также внешних факторов. Таким образом, оптимизируется модель управления экспортными поставками промышленного предприятия и достигается максимальный экономический эффект.
In this paper, we develop an algorithm and criteria for evaluating the efficiency of industrial enterprises of foreign trade operations, depending on the geography of the exporting activity: work with the countries belonging to the Eurasian Economic Union or third countries. The relevance of the study due to the need to evaluate the potential of Russian enterprises in the competitive international market that realized the need to develop an algorithm analysis of foreign trade activities of the enterprise and methods of its implementation. Implementation of this objective will stimulate economic efficiency of industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation, through the development of export-import operations between the Eurasian Economic Union member states in terms of economic sanctions. The scientific novelty of this research is to develop an algorithm for analysis of foreign trade activities of industrial enterprises, taking into account the potential of geographic preferences, available in the trade with the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union integration association. In particular, it highlighted the criteria for assessing the degree of influence of factors on the effectiveness of foreign trade with the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and third countries. Meaning developed under Article algorithm evaluation of the effectiveness of management decisionmaking is the ability to identify options for cooperation with foreign counterparts, depending on the commodity groups, regional characteristics, the presence of privileges and preferences, supply conditions, as well as external factors. Thus, the optimized management model export sales of industrial enterprises and the maximum cost-effectiveness.
