В условиях растущей конкуренции в глобальной экономике, когда объективной необходимостью для бизнеса является обеспечение высокой скорости изменений, agile-методология стала инструментом, обеспечивающим максимально быструю и гибкую разработку новых продуктов и услуг. Увлечение моделью agile вслед за банками, связистами, IT-компаниями охватило многие производственные компании, позволяя им совершенствовать процесс управления цепочками поставок, сокращать сроки вывода в производство новой продукции, реализовывать процесс наставничества и др.
Автор полагает, что данная модель не является для нашей страны совершенно новым явлением, поскольку еще в СССР существовали прототипы agile. Поэтому в статье подчеркивается важность обеспечения преемственности институтов и хозяйственных практик, указывается, что дальнейшее развитие российской управленческой школы не должно проходить без тщательного анализа опыта СССР.
В условиях советского государства-корпорации партийные комитеты (структуры КПСС) стали инициаторами и организаторами внедрения сетевых механизмов взаимодействия, развития самоуправления на предприятиях, подобных адаптивной модели agile. Участие в соревновании, движении передовиков производства, активное внедрение новых методов работы требовали наличия в трудовых коллективах неравнодушных, мотивированных работников с активной жизненной позицией. Такие люди, возникая на производстве, через некоторое время попадали в сферу внимания комсомольских и партийных организаций, вовлекались в общественно-политическую работу. Именно поэтому в СССР прототипы agile могли возникнуть под эгидой партийных комитетов, функционировавших на предприятиях и в организациях. При этом действия участников процесса не были столь формализованными, как в agile-моделях, применяемых в настоящее время. Также различие заключается в том, что основной целью функционирования сетевых структур в прошлом, как правило, было не создание чего-то нового, а улучшение существующего (продукции, технологии, методов работы).
In the face of growing competition in the global economy, when an objective necessity for business is the provision of high speed changes, agile methodology has become a tool for fast and flexible development of new products and services. Interest to agile model followed by banks, IT-companies, is extended of many manufacturing companies, allowing them to improve supply chain management, reduce the period of output in the production of new products, implement the mentoring process, etc. The author believes that this model is not for our country in an entirely new phenomenon, because even in the USSR there were prototypes of agile. So the article emphasizes the importance of ensuring the continuity of institutions and business practices, stated that the further development of the Russian school management should not take place without careful analysis of the experience of the USSR. In the face of the Soviet State-Corporation party committees (structure of the CPSU) became initiators and organizers of the introduction of network interaction, the development of self-government in enterprises similar to adaptive model agile. Participation in the competition, the movement of producing leaders, active introduction of new methods of work require in the workplace caring, motivated employees, with active vital position. Such people, arising at work, after some time, fell into the sphere of attention of the Komsomol and party organizations involved in socio-political work. That is why in the USSR could be agile prototypes under the auspices of party committees operating in enterprises and organizations. But actions of participants of this process were not formalized as agile models currently used. Also the main purpose of functioning networks in the past, it was usually not creating something new, and improving existing (products, technologies, methods of work).
