Особенности развития современного мирового хозяйства увеличивают масштабы внешних и внутренних вызовов и угроз экономике страны, что делает проблемы обеспечения экономической безопасности все более и более актуальными. И с учетом происходящих трансформаций мирового хозяйства в тот или иной отрезок времени каждая страна выбирает свои приоритеты, использует комплекс мер для укрепления и защиты своей национальной экономической безопасности. Можно выделить три взаимосвязанных категории: экономическая безопасность страны, экономическая безопасность отдельных людей, экономическая безопасность национальных хозяйствующих субъектов. Экономическая безопасность страны находится под влиянием системы факторов, пересекающейся с системой факторов конкурентоспособности страны. Методология обеспечения экономической безопасности и подходы к выбору инструментов ее защиты не являются догматическими. Они могут и должны меняться в соответствии с тенденциями развития мирового хозяйства, новым научно-технологическим знанием, особенностями конкуренции, в том числе геоэкономической конкуренции, повышением степени ее жесткости и агрессивности.Проведенный анализ функционирования российской экономики и внешней торговли России в последние годы позволил выделить ряд негативных тенденций, которые составляют предпосылки для определенных опасений за экономическую безопасность России. Одновременно возрастает роль ее укрепления в долгосрочном периоде, а значит – использования превентивных мер. Такой превентивной мерой является повышение конкурентоспособности экспорта. Ориентир на повышение конкурентоспособности российского экспорта стимулирует организацию выпуска продукции на базе передовых технологий, соответствующую лучшим зарубежным образцам, а в идеале, превосходящую ее по своим параметрам. Наращивание конкурентоспособности экспорта с учетом рассмотренных особенностей современной российской экономики позволит сформировать механизмы, обеспечивающие появление точек ее роста, способствовать укреплению национальной безопасности страны.
The features of the modern world economy development increase the scale of external and internal challenges and threats to the economy, which makes the problems of ensuring economic security more and more relevant. And taking into account the ongoing transformations of the world economy, each country chooses its priorities, uses a set of measures to strengthen and protect its national economic security. Three interrelated categories can be distinguished: the economic security of the country, the economic security of individual people, and the economic security of national economic entities. The country’s economic security is influenced by a system of factors that overlaps with the system of factors of the country’s international competitiveness. The methodology of ensuring economic security and approaches to the choice of instruments for its protection are not dogmatic. They can and must change in accordance with the development trends of the world economy, new scientific and technological knowledge, features of geo-economic competition. The analysis of the functioning of the Russian economy and foreign trade has allowed to single out a number of negative tendencies, which are the preconditions for certain fears for Russia’s economic security. Simultaneously, the role of its strengthening in the long-term period, and therefore the use of preventive measures, is growing. This preventive measure is to increase the competitiveness of exports. The focus on increasing the competitiveness of Russian exports stimulates the organization of output on the basis of advanced technologies, corresponding to the best foreign models, and, ideally, superior in its parameters. Increasing the competitiveness of exports, taking into account the above features of the modern Russian economy will allow to form mechanisms ensuring the emergence of points of its growth, contribute to strengthening the national security of the country.
