Рыбохозяйственный комплекс является одним из наиболее значимых в России, так как решает ряд крайне важных вопросов: обеспечение продовольственной безопасности страны; синергетический эффект смежных производств (в приоритете судостроение и береговые производства); получение экспортной выручки (рыбопромысловые компании вылавливают больше, чем жители нашей страны могут потребить). Однако в России не производится ряд товаров глубокой переработки рыбы, несмотря на наличие ресурсной базы и рынка потребления. Одним из таких является рыбный фарш сурими, на основе которого готовится множество пищевых продуктов. Статья посвящена изучению и анализу мирового рынка и производства сурими, а также актуальной теме повышения конкурентоспособности товара. Теоретической базой для исследования является методология стратегического управления на глобальном рыночном пространстве, разработанная доктором экономических наук, профессором, иностранным членом РАН В.Л. Квинтом. В результате комплексного анализа определено, что основными ресурсными ограничениями производства в России являются технологические и технические аспекты. Попытки производства сурими из минтая в стране были, но они пока не привели к устойчивому положительному результату. Также в статье акцентировано внимание на сегментах рынка, которые могут быть интересны потенциальным российским производителям пищевой продукции. Кроме того, на основе произведенного анализа выделены наиболее перспективные направления и глобальные тренды, которые необходимо учитывать при реализации тактических шагов для дальнейшего стратегического лидерства в отрасли.

The fishery complex is one of the most significant in Russia, as it solves a number of extremely important issues: ensuring the country’s food security; synergistic effect of related industries (priority in shipbuilding and onshore production); obtaining export earnings (fishing companies catch more than people in our country can consume). However, Russia does not produce a number of goods for deep processing of fish, despite the availability of the resource base and the consumption market. One such product is a minced fish surimi, on the basis of which is preparing a lot of seafood. This article is devoted to the study and analysis of the world market and the production of surimi, as well as the actual topic of improving the competitiveness of seafood. The theoretical basis of this work is the methodology of strategic management in the global marketplace, developed by Dr. Vladimir Kvint. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the main resource constraints of production in Russia are technological and technical aspects. In the country, the fishing plants tried to produce surimi from pollock, but they have not yet led to a sustainable positive result. The attention is also focused on market segments that may be of interest to potential Russian manufacturers. In addition, the article highlights the most promising areas that need to be developed for strategic leadership in the industry.
