Предмет/тема. Современный этап развития Российской Федерации предполагает активное рассмотрение вопросов формирования и развития экосистем в инновационной сфере. Это продиктовано активизацией инновационного потенциала страны с учетом имеющейся промышленной производственной и технологической базы и решением общегосударственных задач в сфере импортозамещения и повышения промышленного объема выпуска высокотехнологичной продукции.
В этой связи вопросы описания, анализа и развития экосистем инноваций приобретают особую значимость в сфере ориентирования существующих промышленных мощностей на решение общегосударственных задач. Цели/задачи. Развитие существующей теоретической базы и методического обеспечения в инновационной сфере в части создания и развития экосистем предполагает анализ современного практического опыта в сфере управления подобными системами.
Целью настоящей научной статьи является анализ значимости существующего производственного задела в развитии экосистем инноваций.
Для раскрытия и достижения поставленной цели целесообразно решить ряд задач:
Сформировать графическую модель внешних и внутренних аспектов экосистемы инноваций.
Провести анализ показателей инновационной деятельности предприятий Российской Федерации.
Предложить рекомендации по применению в практике экосистем инноваций.
Методология. В статье нашли применение методы и инструменты комплексного анализа на основе систематизации теоретических положений и практического материала. Также представлена графическая модель внешних и внутренних аспектов экосистемы инноваций. В ходе формирования и представления графической модели нашли свое применение системный и аналитический подходы.
Результаты. Результатами данной научной статьи стали классификация внешних и внутренних факторов экосистем инноваций, графическая модель экосистем инноваций, отражающая данные факторы, рекомендации по развитию экосистем инноваций применительно к предприятиям промышленной сферы.
Выводы/значимость. Выводы носят практический характер в части определения направлений научно-технического развития предприятий. Значимость определяется возможностью дальнейшего анализа перечня существенных факторов экосистем инноваций, адаптации и применения результатов анализа в практической деятельности предприятий.
Subject/subject. The present stage of development of the Russian Federation assumes active consideration of questions of forming and development of ecosystems in the innovation sphere. It is dictated by activation of the innovation capacity of the country, taking into account the available industrial production and technology base and the solution of nation-wide tasks in the field of import substitution and increase in industrial volume of release of hi-tech products.
In this regard questions of the description, analysis and development of ecosystems of innovations purchase the special importance in the field of orientation of the existing industrial capacities on the solution of nationwide tasks.
Purposes/tasks. Development of the existing theoretical base and methodical providing in the innovation sphere regarding creation and development of ecosystems assumes the analysis of modern practical experience in the field of management of similar systems.
The purpose of this scientific article is the analysis of the importance of the existing production reserve in development of ecosystems of innovations.
For disclosure and achievement of an effective objective it is expedient to solve a number of problems:
1. To create graphic model of external and internal aspects of an ecosystem of innovations.
2. To carry out the analysis of indicators of the innovation activity of the enterprises of the Russian Federation.
3. To offer recommendations about application in practice of ecosystems of innovations.
Methodology. In article methods and tools of the complex analysis on the basis of systematization of theoretical provisions and practical material found application. In article the graphic model of external and internal aspects of an ecosystem of innovations is provided. During forming and representation of graphic model system and analytical approaches found the application.
Results. Classification of external and internal factors of ecosystems of innovations, the graphic model of ecosystems of innovations reflecting made factors recommendations about development of ecosystems of innovations in relation to the enterprises of the industrial sphere became results of this scientific article.
Conclusions/importance. Conclusions have practical character regarding determination of the directions of scientific and technical development of the enterprises. The importance is defined by a possibility of the further analysis of the list of essential factors of ecosystems of innovations, adaptations and applications of analysis results in practical activities of the enterprises.
