Представлена целесообразность цифрового моделирования на основе симплексного метода в теории региональной экономики как развитие школы пространственного анализа У. Айзарда, который впервые вводит понятие промышленного кластера, представляющего собой совокупность видов экономической деятельности, осуществляемых в определен-ном месте и объединенных в определенную группу тесными производственными, коммерческими или други-ми связями. Показан новый экономико-математический подход сравнения экспорта пластмасс и изделий их них, каучука синтетического и шин, с одной стороны, и импорта пластмасс и изделий из них, эфирных масел, парфюмерных, косметических средств и органических химических соединений, с другой. На основе этого же экономико-математического метода представлена цифровая модель связи вышеназванных видов производственной деятельности с распределением поступивших иностранных инвестиций по нефтегазохимическим видам экономической деятельности Республики Татарстан. На ее примере разработано предложение о возможности формирования вывода об устойчивости региональной экономической системы с высоким значением нефтегазохимического кластера. Цифровое моделирование в настоящее время развивается очень продуктивно. Это связано с высоким развитием математического обеспечения, формирующегося в виде пакетов прикладных программ. Использование таких пакетов повышает производительность моделирования и одновременно упрощает его. Достоинствами методов цифрового моделирования являются возможности решения любого класса задач, поддающихся математической формализации, обеспечения высокой точности вычислительной работы, легкости трансформации одной задачи в другую (как правило, достаточно только перезапустить программу) и исследования объектов большой размерности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>According to the production activities of the Republic of Tatarstan, the importance of the petrochemical and chemical cluster in the sustainability of the regional economy is considered. The expediency of digital modeling based on the simplex method in the theory of regional economics as the development of the W. Aizard spatial analysis school is introduced. a certain group of close industrial, commercial or other ties. The article shows a new economic and mathematical approach to comparing exports of plastics and their products, synthetic rubber and tires on the one hand, and imports of plastics and products from them, essential oils, perfumery, cosmetics and organic compounds on the other. </p><p>On the basis of the same economic-mathematical method, a digital model of communication of the above-mentioned types of industrial activity is presented with the distribution of foreign investment by petrochemical and chemical types of eco-nomic activity of the Republic of Tatarstan. On her example, a proposal was developed on the possibility of forming a conclusion about the sustainability of a regional economic system with a high value of petrochemical cluster. </p><p>Digital modeling is currently developing very productively. This is due to the high development of software, which is being formed in the form of software packages. The use of such packages improves simulation performance and at the same time simplifies it.
