Решение обозначенных задач позволит выявить новые возможности качественного и количественного роста промышленности за счет повышения адресности инноваций. Цель статьи - определение функциональной зависимости индекса технологической готовности и открывающихся технологических окон возможностей для повышения эффективности промышленности. В качестве основных методов исследования использованы метод описания, позволивший выявить тренды индекса технологической готовности в странах мира; метод корреляционного анализа, позволивший установить тесноту связи между индексом технологической готовности и индикаторами государственной поддержки к инновационной деятельности в производстве. Вопросы повышения эффективности производства решаются в рамках модели открытых инноваций. Выявлена взаимосвязь между индексом технологической готовности и индикаторами качества государственных институтов, характеризующих уровень поддержки инноваций в промышленности по странам мира. Материалы статьи могут быть использованы при разработке стратегий и программ повышения эффективности производства в российской экономике с учетом открывающихся технологических окон возможностей и технологической готовности производства к инновационным трансформациям.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The relevance of the article is due to the fact that the issues of technological readiness of industrial systems to open innovation models have not yet been fully resolved and require further study and systematization of their determining factors, which is especially important in the context of transition to a new technological structure and the use of opening technological windows. The solution of these problems will allow us to identify new opportunities for qualitative and quantitative growth of the industry by improving the targeting of innovations. The purpose of the article is to determine the functional dependence of the technological readiness index and the opening of technological windows of opportunities for increasing the efficiency of industry. As the main research methods, the article used the description method, which made it possible to identify the trends of the technological readiness index in countries of the world; the method of correlation analysis, which allowed to establish the closeness of the relationship between the technological readiness index and indicators of state support for innovation in production. The article discusses issues of increasing production efficiency in the framework of the open innovation model. The interrelation between the technological readiness index and the indicators of the quality of state institutions, which characterize the level of support for innovation in industry in the countries of the world, is revealed.
