Показана актуальность подобной методики для обоснованной и неэмоциональной оценки работы менеджеров любого уровня, особенно в условиях доминирования специфических компетенций, которые обусловлены влиянием административных методов управления и авторитарной моделью руководства. Описан алгоритм подготовки и расчета значений ИКТМ для любого менеджера по итогам работы за отчетный период. Расчетные значения ИКТМ всех руководителей могут быть использованы для принятия управленческих решений по руководящему персоналу либо для самоконтроля менеджерами своей работы. В конечном итоге ИКТМ представляет собой новый инструмент ориентации руководителей на цели и задачи организации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We consider the author’s method of quantitative assessment of the work of managers using the indicator of the quality of labor of a manager (IQLM). The relevance of this methodology for a reasonable and non-emotional evaluation of the work of managers at any level is shown. Especially in the conditions of dominance of specific competencies, which are due to the influence of administrative management methods and authoritarian model of leadership. The algorithm for the preparation and calculation of IQLM values for any manager on the basis of the work results for the reporting period is described. The calculated IQLM values of all managers can be used to make management decisions on management personnel, or for self-control by managers of their work.
