Авторами предложен алгоритм расчета интегрального уровня инвестиционного потенциала субъектов СКФО, в общем и РСО-Алания, в частности. В основу исследования положены общеметодологические принципы диалектического и структурно-функционального анализа. Использовались как общие теоретические методы - группировка и классификация, системный подход, так и эмпирические методы - наблюдение, сравнение. Проведен сравнительный анализ отраслей, представлявших наибольший интерес для инвестирования в 2018 г. и отраслей, указанных в качестве приоритетных в инвестиционных стратегиях, выделены и проанализированы отрасли, составляющие основу социально-ориентированной инфраструктуры региона. Выявлены частный и интегральный рейтинги инвестиционного потенциала субъектов СКФО. Проанализированы показатели, оказывающие наибольшее влияние на инвестиционную привлекательность регионов СКФО. Проведен расчет показателей кластеризации видов экономической деятельности в исследуемых регионах, а также выявлены коэффициенты влияния данных видов деятельности на экономику в субъектах СКФО. Особое внимание уделено перспективным направлениям развития Республики Северная Осетия-Алания, а именно: транспортно-логистическому и энергетическому комплексам, добыче полезных ископаемых и научно-инновационной деятельности. Выявлены основные конкурентные преимущества выделенных отраслей, способные оказать значительное влияние на улучшение социально-экономического положения РСО-Алания.

The authors proposed an algorithm for calculating the integral level of investment cooperation between subjects of the North-Caucasian Federal District, in general, and North Ossetia-Alania, in particular. The study was based on the general methodological principles of dialectical and structural-functional analysis. We used both general theoretical methods: grouping and classification, a systematic approach, and empirical methods: observation, comparison. The article provides a comparative analysis of the sectors that were of the greatest interest for investment in 2018 and the sectors indicated as priority in investment strategies; sectors that form the basis of the region's socially-oriented infrastructure are identified and analyzed.

The results of the study are to identify the private and integral ratings of the investment potential of the subjects of the North Caucasus Federal District. The indicators that have the greatest impact on the investment attractiveness of the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District are analyzed. The calculation of clustering indicators of the types of economic activity in the studied regions was carried out, and the coefficients of the impact of these types of activities on the economy in the subjects of the North Caucasus Federal District were identified. Special attention is paid to the promising areas of development of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, namely: transport and logistics and energy complexes, mining and scientific and innovative activities. The main competitive advantages of selected industries that can have a significant impact on improving the socio-economic situation of RNO-Alania are identified.
