Сделан вывод о том, что в современных условиях особую значи- мость приобретает укрепление позиций низкозатратного производителя в мировой металлургической отрасли за счет быстрого внедрения лучших мировых практик и наилучших доступных технологий; высокоэффективных инвестиционных проектов на платформе IT-технологий.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents detailed analysis of iron and steel industrial production, assessment of the present state of labour costs in metallurgical companies with increase in production, and revealing the reserves emerging under the influence of expected and unexpected factors of the metallurgy consumer market.
