工业 6.0:本质、趋势及俄罗斯的战略机遇

摘要
本文介绍了对工业 6.0 的系统研究结果。工业 6.0 是工业发展的未来阶段,其特点是智 能-技术沉浸式超级互联以及人机虚拟孪生(优于数字孪生)的物理-认知-情感融合。对现有的 工业 6.0 定义进行了文献综述,提出了作者的定义和概念,并将关键技术系统化为六个研究课 题:智能自动化、可持续发展、人机交互、信息技术与网络安全、机器学习、人力资源管理。特 别关注工业 6.0 区别于工业 4.0 和 5.0 的显著特征。在工业 6.0 中,人类和机器的虚拟孪生无处 不在,从而可以实现超个性化生产和创建情感智能生态系统,包括借助量子技术。在数据经济、技术主权和国家技术倡议的Technet 计划等国家战略的基础上,讨论了在俄罗斯实施工业 6.0 的 可能性。本研究的局限性在于工业 6.0 概念的未来性、缺乏足够的实证基础以及相关科学出版物 数量有限。进一步研究的领域可包括开发实用模型,将工业 6.0 智能生态系统融入俄罗斯制造和 技术领域。应特别关注开发评估引入多智能体系统、量子计算和情感智能机器等关键技术的经济 和社会影响的方法,并探索在国家技术主权和数据经济战略框架内适应这些技术的途径。
