创业生态系统对区域经济增长的影响

文章在分析 2010-2019 年期间俄罗斯83 个联邦主体数据的基础上，研究了创业生态 系统对俄罗斯区域经济增长的影响。研究方法基于 Mankiew-Romer-Weil 的区域生产总值 （GRP）增长模型，以及使用回归模型的计量经济分析。研究结果表明，人力资本投资额、教 育计划的人口覆盖率对区域经济增长有积极影响，而创业活动水平在统计上没有显著影响。这 表明有必要进一步研究决定不同地区创业生态系统有效性的因素。文章强调了改进教育政策和 国家支持创业的手段对实现可持续经济增长的重要性。提出的结论有助于制定旨在加强创业活 动和改善国家经济政策的区域发展战略。
