在地区人员短缺的情况下高校与雇主融合的新形式

摘要
人员短缺问题越来越严重。在一些地区,空缺职位的数量比求职者提交的简历数量高出 许多倍。因而必须在就业和雇佣领域开展系统性工作。在地区和行业层面对人员需求进行中长 期规划的必要性显而易见。迄今为止,俄罗斯只制定了预测劳动力市场对合格专家和工人需求 的统一方法。建立统一的预测方法将有助于减少未来劳动力市场的不平衡,更为合理地制定某 些专业的录取名额。在人员短缺的情况下与学生和年轻专家合作,鼓励企业寻找与大学互动的 新形式。本文介绍了作者对雇主与大学在就业领域现有合作形式的分类。其中包括三类:规范 形式(双硕士学位课程、定向培训等)、非规范形式(虚拟实习、参观、案例研究、项目分析 会议等)以及旨在促进就业的平台。作者披露了所介绍的每一组研究对象的特点,并给出了在 雇主中进行的关于就业主题的调查结果,同时研究了人工智能对劳动力市场的影响。
