PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF MANUFACTURE AND CONSUMPTION OF METAL PRODUCT FROM THE TITAN

Abstract

The titan became for a long time already the material of the present possessing unique properties. In article the basic consuming branches with instructions of the basic used properties and alloys are resulted. Apparently from the resulted data, the basic scopes of the titan in the Russian Federation is avia- and rocket production (55 %), shipbuilding (8 %), the land and underwater technics (15 %), the oil and chemical industry (10 %).

In work the basic potential consumers of the titan and its alloys are considered. It is established that requirements for the titan and its alloys completely are not satisfied in one of considered branches.

The quantum leap in development of Corporation "VSMPO-AVISMA" is possible on a basis of cluster around Veryney Salda. It will allow to unite forces of domestic and foreign manufacturers of titanic products, to create domestic highrepartition capacities, to apply technics and technologies of new innovative level, to place round the basic manufacture the high technology processing manufactures directed on reception of ready titanic products, first of all for aircraft, energy, medicine.
