Abstract
In article the description of a control system by circulating assets of the industrial enterprises, including their monitoring, diagnostics and optimisation of volume and structure of circulating assets, and also an estimation of model of management by means of the variables, characterising sizes of volumes of circulating assets and sources of their financing is resulted.
