JUSTIFICATION PROSPECTS OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF MINING AND INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Using analytical relationships between performance and resource financial, economic and natural-material indicators developed dynamic simulation model, which allows for long-term forecasting of multivariate enterprises in the mining and processing mineral resources. The model includes six interrelated parts: production, marketing, external financing, raw materials, technological change, and ecology. The algorithm implementation. Calculating the cost of running the individual elements that specifies changing their structure in different time periods. The methods of forecasting for consistent performance of the enterprise as a whole, an indicator of its individual business units. As one of the control parameters are used  the rate of change of the material cost, which takes into account the need to reduce them in the long term, that is, adjust the  level of innovation development.
