ECONOMIC MECHANISMS OF IMPROVING BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURES

Abstract
The economic mechanisms of reorganization in bankruptcy procedures are presented in the article. It is proved that they are not needed in information economy that is confirmed with empirical data.
