CONSOLIDATION OF NATIONAL POLICIES FOR EDUCATION AND INNOVATION MANAGEMENT IN HIGH SCHOOL (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE REPUBLIC OF FINLAND)

Abstract

In the article the main periods of evolution of higher education in Finland are considered.  The role of the government in regulation of innovative activities is highlighted. The factors of efficient reformation and modern tendencies of innovative development of higher school are explored.
