通过投资健康资本提高劳动生产率的战略

在竞争日益激烈的条件下，企业需要不断改进生产工艺，为进一步发展寻找后备力量。 解决这一问题的可行办法之一是对员工的人力资本进行投资，特别是投资旨在改善员工健康状 况的计划。本文的目的是将企业健康计划作为投资健康资本的方式之一和提高劳动生产率的一 个因素进行研究，随后提出提高这些计划有效性的建议。文章选择了两家大型冶金企业作为研 究对象，利用其年度报告中的信息对企业健康计划的内容进行比较分析，根据工伤率评估投资 的有效性，并检验健康资本投资对劳动生产率影响的假设。研究结果表明，被研究的两家公司 在形成企业健康计划时采取了不同的方法：第一家企业采用了一种涵盖广泛活动的综合方法， 而第二家企业则侧重于为员工提供更多个性化解决方案。对工伤率的分析显示，与行业平均水 平相比，这两家企业的职业安全标准都较高。相关性分析表明：健康资本投资与劳动生产率之 间存在密切的关系。最后，为雇主提供了优化员工健康资本投资的建议。研究结果凸显了企业 健康计划在提高企业绩效方面的重要性，并表明有必要开展进一步研究，以优化这些计划，并 在雇主提出的促进员工健康倡议的框架内开发改善员工健康的最有效方法。
