數位平台商業生態系統綜合效率指數

摘要
本文探讨了一种评估工业企业数字平台生态系统潜力的方法,这是经济数字化转型背景下的一个重要方向。数字技术的引入改变了传统的价值创造和消费原则,促进了商业生态系统向多层次模块化架构的转变。本研究的主要目标是开发一种多目标综合方法,用于评估数字商业生态系统的效率,并考虑了数字化潜力的基本关键方面。本文提出了综合效率指数(IIE)的计算方法,该方法可以定量衡量和比较数字化对商业生态系统在经济、运营、技术、社会和市场效应方面的影响,这决定了评估的必要性和充分性。该方法基于表征生态系统互动关键方面的指标,包括投资回报率(ROI)、自动化水平、参与者参与度、竞争优势、市场份额等。使用层次分析法(AHP)可以客观地确定每个标准的权重系数,从而最大限度地减少评估中的主观因素。该研究的方法论基础包括文献综述、系统分析和多目标建模。本文对现有的评估数字商业生态系统效率的方法进行了比较分析,指出了它们的局限性,并提出了一种综合方法,可以全面评估数字化的整体效应。研究结果表明,所提出的IIE指数具有较高的预测价值,可用于评估企业数字化动态及其在数字商业生态系统中的竞争地位。本研究成果的科学新奇是开发了数字平台商业生态系统的综合效率指数,拓展了评估构建数字商业生态系统可行性的方法。
