绿色建筑项目实施中的组织互动管理

摘要

价值链形成过程中平衡所有参与者的资本来实现的。分析了“绿色” 整合领域的研究现状。提出了一种评估整合资本的方法,该方法可以评估共同资本积累的效率及其带来的 “绿色” 附加值。作者开发了一套指标体系,用于评估整合参与者的潜力和整合资本的成熟度。通过建筑和建筑材料生产中的 “绿色” 整合案例,对评估整合资本的方法进行了检验。文中构建了三维图形(三棱柱),以展示参与者的潜力和整合资本的状态。分析结果表明,从整合资本总额的角度来看,最有效的企业是技术潜力高的企业——水泥制造商(平均值为2.8)。提升整合资本的主要方向是智力潜力。研究结果可用于情景建模,为 “绿色” 整合领域参与者的发展制定战略方案。
