PRINCIPLES OF NATIONAL CREDITING THE METALLURGY ENTERPRISES DURING AND AFTER THE CRISIS PERIOD

Abstract
This paper addresses some current problems and salient features of the metallurgical industrial branch in the Russian Federation. The paper not only deals with theoretical issues, but also analyses concrete practical cases. It also reviews the tools used by the Russian Federation Government to help out this branch of the crisis and to improve its indicators. Various concrete practical recommendations are offered, of which the implementation could allow the national metallurgy to somewhat improve the situation, in which this branch has found itself.
