The major factors defining in the conditions of limited demand for production of the Russian metallurgical companies both on internal, and in a foreign market expediency of use of generated financial resources on acquisition of foreign metallurgical actives are considered. Analytical indicators on economy of use of the foreign actives got for 2004-2010 are resulted. Necessity of development of methodical recommendations which will allow beforehand, before realization of any actions on merges and absorption is shown, to estimate perspective efficiency of got actives taking into account globalization and recurrence of development of world economy, and also feature of formation have arrived in the Russian metallurgical companies.

Recycling of the iron-bearing wastes, especially dusts generated at iron and steel works, is problematical. In this article, the possibility of full wastes processing by Romelt technology with production of hot metal, slag, zinc-containing dust and electric power is shown. The economic estimation of wastes recycling by ordinary variant of Romelt process as well as by Romelt process using injection of coal-dust fuel are calculated. Also, the project’s high technical and economic efficiency is shown.

The article is devoted to determination of the place of hedged risks in the structure of financial risks of an industrial enterprise. The importance of financial risks in the “risk portfolio” of an industrial enterprise is justified. Financial risks, hedged and non-hedged risks are defined. The system of classification criteria of financial risks is widened. Special attention is given to classification and content of hedged risks of an industrial enterprise.

A method to manage the structure and volume of the working capital of the enterprise is being evaluated. This method could be utilized to provide conditions to raise the enterprise’s market capitalization. Rating valuations oriented at the increase of the market capitalization are formulated. They are aimed at improvement of the effectiveness of utilization of the enterprise’s working capital. The original values of the rating valuations and their optimal values are calculated; the effectiveness of the utilization of the working capital and of the short term accounts payable that is driving the increase in the market capitalization is analyzed. It is concluded that the volume of the working capital and the size of the short term accounts payables are not always optimal for the effective functioning of the enterprise.

The article deals with the development of project financing in the field of consulting projects. The author gives a definition of project finance and describes the main features of its present state, as well as formulates the basic approaches to the use of project finance in consulting projects. The article is focuses on the principles of developing a financial model for such projects.
