In article contains: definition of terms «financial crisis in Russia» and «World financial crisis»; classification of the reasons of financial crisis; the interrelation between financial crisis and economic safety is defined, and also recommendations about additional anti-recessionary measures are brought.

In the article there are considered problems of modernisation of the Russian industry in the conditions of world crisis. In article problems of the share market in the conditions of global financial crisis are considered.
