中国 «一带一路 «战略对东南亚国家经济的机遇与组合

简评.起初,一带一路倡议在东南亚受到热烈欢迎,因为它可以支持项目,并将东南亚的产品推向 国际市场。然而,印尼、马来西亚、老挝、菲律宾、泰国的绝大多数项目都遇到了很大的困难,没 有一个项目完成。中国的主要投资额和贷款额全部用于基础设施项目,而创新产业设施和IT结构的 资金严重不足。铁路和物流设施将用于向这些国家出口中国商品,向中国进口原材料,或运送当地 工业产品。印尼和马来西亚的项目投资的经济可行性和质量存在很大的疑问。老挝和缅甸向中国贷 款发展铁路网,却不发展自己的工业,所以这些地区只能是中国商品的贸易商。这些国家根本收不 回项目,很多项目变成了未完成的项目,因此对中国的债务越来越多。中国-东南亚通道这个超大 型项目在经济上是不可持续的。它对参与国(除了中国以外)的经济可行性提出了许多问题。
