The role, value and advantages of the state corporations in development and use of hi-tech branches on an example of some industries of the Russian Federation Is shown. The titan became for a long time already the material of the present possessing unique properties. In article the basic consuming branches with instructions of the basic used properties and alloys are resulted. Apparently from the resulted data, the basic scopes of the titan in the Russian Federation is avia- and rocket production (55 %), shipbuilding (8 %), the land and underwater technics (15 %), the oil and chemical industry (10 %).

In article the comparative analysis of schemes of manufacture of zirconium on the basis of technological and economic indicators is carried out. The abstract to article «Some approaches to calculation of economic benefit of innovations» Article is devoted questions of definition of economic benefit of innovations. In article authors offered approaches to calculation of economic benefit of innovations with the account of features of the taxation in the Russian Federation, and also gave the example of calculation of economic benefit of the investment project assuming realization of a basic innovation.

When alternative variants of investment projects are considered the preference is given to projects with greater net present value (NPV). Suggested simulation model with initially predetermined parameters gives possibility to find cash flows that generate maximum NPV. In this case the following issues are resolved: the issue of implementation priority of technology-independent manufacturing centers (lines); the selection of project external financing instruments, its terms, volumes and repayment period; the distribution of own and generated by project cash flows over periods of project life cycle. Necessity of additional limitations NPV (in particular, on loans and borrowing over periods of project life cycle) was identified during maximization of NPV that lead to its decrease.
