The significance of this issue is that for last decade there has been a tendency of increasing both the share and volume of producing steel by EAF-process in world and in Russian ferrous metallurgy. As a result, the consumption of ferrous scrap has been increasing constantly. Thus, there is a necessity of studying the sources of its formation. And considering that more than 50 % of scrap generation is obsolete scrap, released from in-use steel stocks, it is crucial to analyze them.
Last decades world production of hydrocarbons displaces from the continental part where deposits are exhausted, to water areas of the seas and oceans. Specified transformations in the oil & gas sector transform Russian Arctic continental shelf into key link of the Russian economics due to enormous deposits of hydrocarbon resources.
Analysis of the current state of study of the effective management of oil and gas resources development shows that in Russian Federation has considerable experience of onshore oil and gas projects development, the theoretical and methodological base, and also strategic approaches to safe and effective fields development.
At the same time, analyses of the marine oil and gas fields development in Russia shows insufficient investigation of strategic management of oil and gas complex at shelf projects development, increases of social and economic efficiency of process of hydrocarbons resources development and formation the system of mechanisms and tools directed on creation of preconditions for long-term sustainable development of the oil and gas complex and interfaced industries.
At the current conditions Russia needs new approaches to management of oil & gas complex at the marine Arctic fields development taking into account the developed economic transformations and foreign experience are necessary.
In the paper a comprehensive theoretical and methodological approach to Value-Based Management is proposed,
clarifies the conceptual apparatus, issues of making investment decisions based on expectations of investors are discussed.
The paper presents an integrated assessment of economic conditions and the level of innovative development, which includes the calculation of the six groups of integrated indicators of the financial position of the organization, the internal resource capabilities, efficiency of investment activity, the viability and efficiency of the enterprise innovation, as well as the level sustainability innovation. Corporate management
There is the radio-electronic complex and its value in national economy is described in this article. The characteristic of some economic indicators for 2010–2011 is provided. Also article contains the main conclusions of expanded meeting of heads of the enterprises of the radio-electronic industry from March 14, 2012. The great attention is given to questions of management by the industrial enterprise at qualitatively new level in the conditions of modern market economy. There is one of modern tools of an operational management is described and analysed. Proceeding from the above-stated, conclusions are drawn on an economic situation of this industry nowdays and mechanisms of increase of efficiency of activity of the enterprise are offered.
Prosperity of the companies has the influence to the national economy, to its improvement. Economic growth is impossible without people who aspire to achievement of goal.
Financial management
One of the most important aspects of Value-Based Management is identification of the value factors that have the greatest impact on the value of the enterprise, and risk factors in order to monitor and to control them.
In this article the system of value factors of the company is proposed. Also the process of building a predictive model of industrial enterprise on the basis of value factors, using qualitative simulation is considered.
This article concerns the peculiarities of the composition, structure and order of formation of the accounting of financial statements in connection with adoption of new regulations on accounting.
Detail the changes that were made in the reporting form number 1 “Balance” in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of 02.07.2010 № 66n “On the forms of accounting organization”. Thus, the inclusion of the indicators of the “Fixed assets” new article “The results of research and development” and remove the line “Uncompleted construction”, there are changes that affect the content of individual balance sheet items, the structure of the assets and, accordingly – the ability of users of information to assess its validity, transparency and credibility.

In the outcome document of the Rio+20 Conference «The Future We Want» the economic and social importance of industrial development with the obligatory account of ecological restrictions is recognized.
The state program of Russian Federation «The Environmental Protection» for 2012–2020 years provides the implementation of economic incentives for industrial modernization and use of ecologically pure resource and energy saving technologies.
The environmental impacts of industry cover the whole technological chain: raw material extraction – primary treatment – production – use of the final product – waste disposal.
Waste reducing and elimination of pollution should be considered as profitable outlook not as additional expenses, so in the article main directions of cleaner production process in accordance with the process chain, methodological approaches to the assessment and the most efficient and cost-effective promising methods to prevent pollution are considered. The problems related to the payment for a negative impact on the environment and the need to revise the procedure for calculation of base rates , development and approval the new order of indexation of pollution charges, reflecting the state of the environment, are considered.
The economy of the CIS countries
In article the analysis of a financial condition of all companies of electrical power sector of the Kyrgyz Republic on the basis of calculations of the corresponding indicators and the assessment of their dynamics, and also on the base of the Card of solvency created by the author was carried out. As a result actual for the sector and it’s actors issues were revealed and to solve them the recommendation at local level and at branch level of branch were offered by the author. Also adaptive model of controlling for the group of companies of the power sector as the instrument of coordination in the sector was given.
